What is Boot Camp
It’s an intense fitness program where you’ll experience a variety of challenging moves that will strengthen, tone and stretch your entire body. Plus, a great total body stretch using Yoga basics and stillness to focus the mind.

Who is Tru Essencia Dance and Wellness?
We are Daughters of NYC bringing affordable health and wellness to our Community.  NYC has given us so much we want to give back.

Who is it for
For the Moms, Dads, Young Adults Baby Boomers that are Sick and Tired of being Sick and Tired and need some movement.  HUNGRY to change your patterns and do something NEW!

Winter is hibernation; Spring is Rejuvenation and Creation.  So let’s wake up our Mind, Body, Heart, Soul and Spirit together in Support of each other.

We are looking for those who are ready to move forward on their wellness goals to improve their wellbeing and who are open to connect with Mother Earth and your community.
